[A2k] CSISAC Further Press Release on OECD Communique on Internet Policy-Making Principles

Attached is CSISAC's second press release on CSISAC's decision not to
endorse the OECD Communique on Internet Policy-Making Principles. It
notes several of the main concerns, and links to a slightly revised
version of CSISAC's longer statement from yesterday (attached here
also). It also reaffirms CSISAC's support for continuing to work with
OECD in multistakeholder policy development.
