I just got this note back from registering for the Dallas round,
alerting me that there will be no forum for presentations in Dallas,
only the opportunity to sponsor "tables" to hand out literature.

Thank you for registering to attend the twelfth round of the
Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations. We look forward to seeing
you in Dallas.

At this round of TPP talks, we will provide registered stakeholders the
opportunity to engage directly with TPP negotiators. The United States
and its TPP partners will host a Direct Stakeholder Engagement Event at
the Intercontinental Dallas on Saturday, May 12, with individual tables
set up for stakeholders to display and distribute TPP-relevant
materials, and to express directly to negotiators and other stakeholders
their views on issues related to the TPP negotiations. If you are
interested in signing up for a table, you must submit the information
listed below to Michelle Carrillo at mcarrillo at ustr.eop.gov no later
than Friday, April 27. Late signups will not be accommodated. Please
note that only one stakeholder organization will be allowed per table.
Spaces are limited and will be available on a first-come first-served
basis. While we anticipate being able to accommodate all who register
for a table before April 27, we unfortunately cannot guarantee this, so
we urge you to submit your information as soon as possible.
