At WIPO SCCR 24, on July 19, 2012, Paul Whitney, a librarian from
Canada, talks about recent changes in the Canadian copyright law that
provide for very limited cross border exchanges of works for persons
who blind or have other disabilities. Whitney also evaluates the
Canadian delegation contributions to the WIPO SCCR debates on a treaty
for persons who are blind or have other disabilities.
