This is worth reading:
It is about a paper from the 3 scholars of the "Max-Planck-Institute for
Intellectual Property and Competition Law", who I've already extensively
quoted: Thomas Jaeger, Mathias Lamping et Hanns Ullrich, but, moreover,
co-signed by the director of the Institut, Reto Hilty.
This thing is politically very strong, given its source. On the merits,
it fully confirms that the unitary patent project would be disastrous
for the legal, political, and economical cohesion of the EU.
