64 Law professors and lawyers have signed a motion expressing strong
doubts about the legality of the currently discussed international
agreement establishing a Unified Patent Court (UPC). This motion also
complains from the lack of transparency in the law-making process for
this project.

See
<https://www.unitary-patent.eu/content/motion-project-european-patent-court-law-professors-and-lawyers>
for the content of the motion, alongside signatories.

Although, arguments are not as precise than the paper of the Max-Plank
Institute
(<http://www.ip.mpg.de/en/pub/publications/opinions/unitary_patent_package.cfm>
posted on this list last week), this is another academic confirmation
that this project is a stillborn child, unless amended.
