Stiglitz is good on challenging the neoclassical notion of perfect 
information... pith the WHO still relies on neoclassical notions of 
perfect information in its market orientation... it is ironic that WHO 
does this when the health sector is a case of perfect asymmetry of 
information... rendering the neoclassical market based theory absolutely 
USELESS... but that does not stop WHO or the mainstream health 
economists... nothing like having a nice sounding theory to back up 
one's obeisance to BigPharma...
