On Tuesday July 20, a group of public interest organizations filed a
complaint <http://wcl.american.edu/pijip/go/healthgap07202010> alleging
that the Obama administration's trade policy reduces access to medicines
in low and middle income nations in violation of international human
rights obligations. The complaint was filed with the Special Rapporteur
on the Right to Health, Anand Grover at the International AIDS
Conference in Vienna.
