Worried about the Indian government's defence in the Novartis case,
APN+ has written to the Indian government.  The letter is available

APN+ interview on the Novartis case:
On World AIDS Day, while people living with HIV and from vulnerable
communities protested in front of the Swiss pharmaceutical company
Novartis’ Mumbai office (Sandoz House), Shiba Phurailatpam from the
Asia Pacific Network (APN+) expressed his concern regarding the
Novartis case in India. APN+ as the network of people living with HIV
in the Asia-Pacific, has members in developing countries across the
region. The majority get their HIV medicines from India. Shiba HIV+
himself, lives in Bangkok, Thailand.
