I am looking to see if anyone has extended or updated Sisule Musungu and Cecilia Oh's 2006 WHO survey of the use of TRIPS flexibilities (http://www.who.int/intellectualproperty/studies/TRIPS_flexibilities/en/index.html), in particular the material on restrictions to patentability in pharmaceuticals. If anyone has done work in this regard, or know of others who have, please let me know.

Thanks,
Ken
