Mike Masnick covered KEI's leak of the TPP in an article today on Techdirt.
The article discusses disagreements between Parties on the copyright and
patent provisions of the TPP. On patent issues, he discusses a key
provision that would allow parties to nullify anti-competitive patents, and
how only the US and Japan oppose that provision. For copyright, he
discusses how the US is the only country opposed to provisions that would
allow courts to order damages when copyright holders abuse takedown laws.
