[Ip-health] Lawsuits against Gilead

I’m curious to know what suits could be brought against executives at Gilead for what the Senate Finance Committee has determined is essentially price gouging. Can these be brought as class action? Can state Medicaid directors bring suit? Can they import generic sofosbuvir/daclatasvir fixed dose combinations? Should pressure be placed on the DoJ (federal) to bring them to justice? Internationally? Can they be charged with crimes against humanity for preventing access by holding the cure hostage to their rapacious ransom demands? Is it worth revisiting the notion of international price fixing?

Some interesting debates in the comment section here:

Some of the myths the executives at Gilead push debunked:

Are their attorneys who would help prosecute such a case? Is class action a better approach?
