Hello all,

Yesterday morning, Public Citizen and 29 civil society groups, representing health care providers, public health experts, people of faith, consumers, businesses and taxpayers, sent a letter to leaders of the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary calling for an investigation of Allergan's scheme to shield its patents on Restasis from administrative review by transferring them to a Native American tribe.

Find the letter here: https://www.citizen.org/system/files/case_documents/civil-society-to-senate-judiciary-re-allergan-mohawk-restasis-deal.pdf
