[Ip-health] China CFDA draft policy on Data Exclusivity for 6-12 years

China is insisting on giving DE is to incentivize innovation ¨C and now in this new draft it¡¯s actually becoming 6-12 years, especially for biologics!
CFDA is calling for comments on the draft policy due by 31st of May at  yhzcszhc at cfda.gov.cn
