The Constitution of the Argentine Republic, amended in 1994, fully
incorporated the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in its
Article 75, paragraph 22. Since then, Articles 27 of the Humans Rights
Declaration and 15 of the ICESCR have full constitutional status in
Argentina.
