If the concept of Empire of the North (or neocolonisation) was accepted then
it would be possible for radicals to argue that "tribute" (as Empires are
wont to "charge) could be paid in cash or goods instead of lives!

Liberal democracy as it stands values "autthors rights" in Human Rights
terms as more valuable than the right to life...meanwhile WHO dances around
this issue instead of showing felicity to the right to health or life.

Cest la vie, eh?
