Fedro De Tomassi is a student at St. Olaf College, and will be a
volunteer (as a guide and interpreter) at the Diplomatic conference in
Marrakesh. He has written a blog about the exclusion of audiovisual
works from the treaty, in part by reflecting on his own experiences
in college. I found the most interesting part of the blog to be the
two examples of accessible videos, toward the end, which shows quite
dramatically how wrong are the exclusions in the treaty.
