Hi everyone,

I put together this 5-minute primer for the upcoming vote on the extension
of TRIPS exemptions for least developed countries. Having only read
Professor Baker's article yesterday, I put this together last night (hence
the lack of  sound). I know it might be a bit late to circulate before
tomorrow's vote, but if this primer is at all useful, feel free to forward
